bakmibet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use

This platform is intended solely for adult users who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into agreements. Users who do not meet the age requirement are prohibited from registering or using the service in any form.
bakmibet reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users who do not agree to these terms are required to immediately stop using the platform and contact the support team to close their account.
2. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibility
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bakmibet. Creating multiple accounts, including using another person's identity, false information, or different devices for the same purpose, is a serious violation and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Upon registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Identity verification via a National Identity Card (KTP) or other official identification document must be completed before the first withdrawal is made. Uploaded documents must be valid, clearly legible, and in the name of the registering user.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. All activity that occurs within an account is considered to have been carried out by the legitimate account holder. If there is any indication of unauthorized access or account misuse, users must contact the bakmibet support team immediately.
bakmibet reserves the right to suspend or close any account showing signs of fraudulent activity, system manipulation, bot usage, or other violations of these terms, without any obligation to compensate for existing balances.
3. Payment Information and Transactions in IDR
All financial transactions on the bakmibet platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and all balance amounts are displayed in IDR.
Users must ensure that the sender's name on every deposit transaction matches exactly the name registered on their bakmibet account. A name mismatch may cause verification delays and require manual confirmation through the support team. Withdrawal destination accounts must also be registered in the account holder's name.
Available payment methods include local bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and QRIS. Deposit processing times are generally fast but may vary depending on the method used and banking system conditions. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and depend on the applicable verification process.
The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking system disruptions, network maintenance, or incomplete transaction information provided by the user.

- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been verified in the user's name.

4. User Obligations, Prohibitions, and Responsibilities
Users must use the bakmibet platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Using the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any action that harms other users or the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from manipulating the system, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, using automated software (bots), or employing any other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage. Violations of this prohibition will result in account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account, including all bets placed and transactions executed. Claims that bets were placed without the account holder's knowledge cannot be used as grounds for canceling a transaction unless unauthorized access can be proven to have been reported before the transaction occurred.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform does not violate the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The platform makes no guarantee that its services comply with regulations in every region.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Limitation of Liability
All content available on the bakmibet platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the intellectual property of bakmibet or its licensing partners working with the platform. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The bakmibet platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty regarding continuous service availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond the platform's control do not give rise to any obligation for compensation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, bakmibet is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if the platform has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Links or references to third-party sites that may appear on the platform do not imply that bakmibet endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Suspension, and Closure
bakmibet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the event of a violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority. Suspension or closure decisions are final and rest solely at the platform's discretion.
Users may submit a voluntary account closure request by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, users must ensure there is no active balance on hold and that all transaction obligations have been settled. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to applicable verification.
In the event of a suspension due to a suspected violation, the platform may hold the account balance for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious violation, the platform reserves the right to forfeit that balance with no obligation to return it. Users will be notified of the investigation outcome once the process is complete.
Accounts that remain inactive for a defined period may be subject to an inactive account policy in accordance with the terms in effect at that time. Users are advised to log in periodically and ensure their account information remains up to date.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
bakmibet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace all or part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time in accordance with platform policy. Changes will be published on this page with the applicable update date. Users are advised to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a user disagrees with any changes made, they must stop using the service and submit an account closure request.
This document is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes arising in connection with the use of the platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by the platform, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
